Warranty & Return Policy

Each piece is handcrafted with the highest level of care, made to order especially for you. We stand behind the quality of our creations and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

 

 

Warranty

  • Main Gemstones

     Central gemstones (such as diamonds, sapphires, tourmalines, or other custom-selected stones) are natural and delicate. We cannot take responsibility if a main stone is lost, broken, or damaged over time. For additional peace of mind, we recommend considering jewelry insurance.

  • Accent Stones & Setting

     We provide a 12-month warranty for accent stones (tiny side diamonds or gemstones up to 2 mm). If any of these fall out within the first year, we will gladly reset them free of charge.

     For larger side stones (3 mm or more), or after the warranty period, resetting or replacing the stone will be offered at a minimal service fee. Please note that if a stone is lost, an identical replacement cannot always be guaranteed, but we will do our best to provide the closest possible match.

  • Craftsmanship Guarantee

     We guarantee the craftsmanship of every piece. Should there be an issue related to production, such as soldering or setting flaws, we will repair it free of charge within the first 12 months.

  • After-Warranty Care

     After the warranty period, we are pleased to offer lifetime maintenance and repairs at a minimal service fee. This includes services such as re-polishing, re-sizing, or resetting stones.

  • Complimentary Cleaning

     Each client is invited to enjoy one complimentary professional cleaning per year to keep their piece shining as beautifully as the day it was created.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, our policy varies depending on the type of jewelry:

  • Rings, Bracelets & Custom-Made Designs

     These pieces are individually crafted according to your exact size and specifications. This includes engagement rings, personalized designs, and any modification of an existing model (such as different gemstones or size adjustments).

     For this reason, they are considered custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Necklaces & Earrings

     These items are also produced to order, but since they do not require sizing, they may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

 

 

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear.

  • Customers are responsible for providing secure packaging to ensure the item arrives safely. We recommend using the original box.

  • If an item is returned in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds or exchanges, where applicable, will only be processed after the item has been inspected and approved.
