Warranty

Main Gemstones
Main gemstones (such as diamonds, sapphires, tourmalines, or other custom-selected stones) are natural and delicate. We cannot be responsible for loss, breakage, or damage to a main stone over time. For peace of mind, we recommend considering jewelry insurance.

 Accent Stones & Setting
We provide a 12-month warranty for small accent stones (diamonds or gemstones up to 2 mm). If any fall out within the first year, we will gladly reset them free of charge.

For larger side stones (3 mm or more), or after the warranty period, resetting or replacing the stone will be offered for a minimal service fee. In case of loss, an identical replacement cannot always be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to provide the closest possible match.

 Craftsmanship Guarantee
We guarantee the craftsmanship of every piece. In case of production-related issues, such as soldering or setting defects, we will repair the item free of charge within the first 12 months.

 After-Warranty Care
After the warranty period, we offer lifetime maintenance and repairs for a minimal service fee. Services include polishing, resizing, and resetting stones.

 Returns & Exchanges

Since all jewelry includes custom-selected stones and is made to order, **all items are considered custom-made and are non-returnable and non-refundable**, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

This applies to, among others:
- Rings
- Bracelets
- Necklaces
- Earrings
- Any customized design, including stone selection, engravings, or modifications of existing models

- Defective items will be inspected by us to approve repair or replacement
- The client is responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment
- Shipping costs are the client’s responsibility, except when repair is required due to a manufacturing defect
